Honda 8hp kicker

I've got a 8hp kicker serial number BACL-1207177. I need some parts but I can't find that engine online. The serial number is on the leg.
I've also seen honda reference BF8A when I look up their owners manual. I just want to make sure I'm ordering the right part and wanted to figure out these conflicting codes.

I have the BACL-1204443 8hp 1990 motor. Yours is probably a 1990 or close because of your numbers. Yes it is a BF8A. I ordered the shop manual right from Honda. Mine is the third edition #6188224E3.
