i am working on a customers 4strk single carb tohatsu. i can shoot gas in carb throat and it will start and run fine. but when i try to cold start, it just won't, The customer obviously had it at another shop, as there is a new abs in the pkg in the boat. But i do not think the abs is bad, as it will warm up after a few minutes. What else is directly responsible for cold start , I am a pretty good tech. but have very little experience with tohatsu. The wire going to the abs Yellow/red. is only positive when i am cranking the motor, is this normal.. can someone tell me anything about the basic starting of this motor.
