1990 blue fin spectrum 35 horse force..

Never been on a forum maybe someone can help 1990 force 35 hp...I took the carb off had clogged jets problem solved runs great for 3 days. While trolling day 3 it just shuts off took the carb off tonight cleaned it nothing...I'm getting fuel it comes out the back of the carb good there..when I go to start it she will turn over briefly then shut off and when I'm turning the key and I give it throttle with my hand it bogs down..I'm lost know this motor in n out never had this problem..would like to here some thoughts if possible I have done all motor work myself for 5 years can't get rid of boat motor ya but don't want to yet runs great when running my best friend passed and the family gave me his boat so ya it's a forever boat...also while trying to start she kinda back fires not everytime..
