hi need some help where to start, boats been setting for about 18 months had sta-bil in tank tried to start it this weekend,don,t seem to be trying to fire at all, going to check coils next weekend,is there any thing I should be looking at, shot some starting fluid in the carbs nothing,do you guys think that maybe the plugs are fouled or some thing. ran fine last time out thanks for any help

Remove plugs and perform a compression test. PSI should be > 120 and within 10% variance of each other.

While plugs are removed, ground all of them and check for spark. Need blue spark across all plugs.
If no spark, try different plugs. Ensure all switches (especially dead man's switch) is set properly.
If still no spark, start testing its electronics - like coils, CDI, etc.

Need spark across all 4 before moving onto gas flow investigation.
