Good compression 120/119/120 and spark good spark on all three cylinders,
Problem: No sign that the bottom spark plug is burning; therefore engine is working with two cylinders only.
Back in January a mechanic at the NYC Boat show informed me that it has to be fuel related; perhaps the carburetor. Well I just finished cleaning and re-building the bottom carburetor. Checked again for signs of burning; The bottom spark plug still no sign of burning,
can not figure out why there is no ignition/fire on this cylinder.

Do the direct fuel oil mix spray test. If problem persists, dismount the carb and check the reeds as well. If problem seems to be fixed (note change in RPM) when spraying fuel oil mix directly into the carb, repair or replace carb.

In the carb: did the needle have a solid tip or a rubber tip?
Did you check the float drop and level?

Your probably wasting the $ on new reeds.
Take a look in when the carbs are off.

I asked about the rubber in the tip as the Ethanol e burn and the crap we put in our fuel causes the rubber seat to expand and shut off the fuel.

I ran into this on here one time.
Same problem.

You have Ethanol fuel?
Take the old fuel out.
Replace with non e-fuel.
The carb needs to be washed with Dawn soap and air dried.
Then let it set for a couple of days.
The rubber will shrink and the fuel will flow.

I've seen some adds on e-bay for carb sets.
Some are fair priced and others are frigging nuts asking $300-400 a set.
I just sold a set for $80.
Buy a set.Not an individual carb.
The sets have all the same jets.
Jets vary from carb to carb???
