I went to warm up the boat today in the driveway using earmuffs. I got it up to temp then turned it off. I noticed a little bit of coffee colored water coming out as shown in the picture.

Dont know if related or not, but I did drain the lower unit lube and it was dark blue, no signs of water in the lube. I drained about 15 ounces of lube. I am not sure, but I think the capacity is 22 ounces. There is no stains in the garage where it sat all winter which would indicate a gear lube leak so I am wondering if this coffee colored water is normal and just from the exhaust? Or do I need to replace a gasket somewhere??

That is from the exhaust I believe. Unburned fuel while idling, you can smell at it and if it smells fuel ..... just normal.
If it would be gearlube, it smells different and would look like light brown/ white milkey (chocolate color).

Just unburned fuel/oil and some water mixed in.
If it were my motor???
I'd do a de-carb and let it do it's stuff.
I use Mercury's Power Tune or OMC's Engine Tuner.
Seafoam doesn't work as good.

Follow direction on the can.
I also spray it in the throat and in the cylinders and let it set for 48hrs.
Turning it over by hand every 6-8 hrs. Adding more as you turn.
Mixing some in the gas helps in the recirc system.
