Force 125 throttle wide open at start

The motor wouldn't turn over. Acted like it wasn't getting fuel. Got it started with starting fluid. Idle was very high! Turned it off then restarted and it was revving like wide open. Tried Moving control back and forth. Linkage looks to be moving properly.

There is an "idle" screw adjustment at the bottom of the timing tower. Someone probably turned it all the way in. Otherwise, you need to read the sticky "Link and Synch" which will show you how to properly adjust the idle and set the throttles accordingly.
