1970 chrysler 85 hp with delta ignition system

1970 chrysler 85 with delta system, just got the boat and motor, cant get a spark at the points,aready set the timing,just curious what on these engines fires the points,cant find the condenser, not sure what has been done to the engine,checked all wiring according to the manual.

took the white and black wire off the distributer turned the key on and grounded it back to the post and verified i do have a spark,but its still not firing.

ok so i finally got spark to all 3 plugs,but it still wont even sputter.any suggestions?

Remove all three plugs and pour about one teaspoonful of gasoline premix into each cylinder. Replace the plugs and crank the engine. WAIT! before doing that set the control box into fast idle position. This involves pulling out the silver knob and then pushing the control handle as far forward as it will go. Then, push in the key to choke the engine. Holding the key depressed, turn to crank. Cold, some of these engines simply will not fire or even sputter unless choked and in fast idle.
