Is their a pressure test to determine where a lower unit is leaking? My motor had water in it when I drained for the winter,Is their a affordable tool a guy can buy to check?

There is a tool that screws into one of the drain or fill holes. You put about 10 PSI of air into the lower unit and submerge it in water.

You can make one yourself from a 3/8 inch bolt

They ain't cheap but anyone who owns a boat should have one.
They se one with pressure and vacuum. It's a bit more expensive but worth it.
