Can someone tell me where to find a Mercury Spanner Wrench Nr: FT-11275? Used for removing the spanner retainer in the lower unit of a 1990 Force 150 HP, 2-stroke, 5-cylinder Outboard motor. Need to replace seals due to water leakage. Really difficult to find and any info would be appreciated. Most companies have discontinued the tool. New or used will be fine....

Welcome aboard, Visser. We can't buy, sell, trade or barter in the forums. That includes offering to buy. Thanks.

Thank you jerryjerry05, that was all I needed. Wasn't trying to barter anything, but need that tool very badly. Thank you again.

You can also take a length of pipe of the correct outside diameter and cut four notches in it. Then drill the top for a handle. Someone here on the forum did this and it will be WAY cheaper than buying the tool.
Understand that this part does tend to corrode tight and even the correct toll will not budge it without heat applied. And worst case, you will need to chisel it out.
