1994 Force 120 questions

I picked up this motor for dirt cheap(scrap price) and am debating whether to part it out or rebuild it and use it. # 2 cylinder has some slight scoring at at the exhaust port, 1,3 and 4 look OK, although I haven't mic'd them yet, but hopefully will hone out. Is it worth my time and money to rebuild? Motor looks like it was taken care of for the most part. Got controls, fuel tank, prop and wire harness with it too. If I rebuild it I know and trust my work and am no stranger to engine overhauls, but If I part it out I can make enough to buy an outboard I can bolt on and go.
Any insight from all you Force folks would be helpful!
