Try adjusting your points and cleaning them, also check your plugs, if that doesn't fix it, it could be your carbie.
Has it been running fine before? Is your vent opened on your tank?
From the sounds and the stutter: It looks like the carb's low speed air screw needs to be turned out a bit.
Possible there is water in the fuel.
They made a few different ignition systems for your motor.
What model or a few more pics of the other side of the motor.
It doesn't seem like a spark problem.
Check and try to adjust the low speed air screw, sounds a little bit lean.
Also check the throttle pickup point. The butterfly shall start to move when the roller intersect the mark at the throttle cam.
