main nozzle issues

I pulled the top carb to kit it and am having trouble removing the main nozzle, shouldnt a screwdriver do trick with minimal force?

The high speed jet is in relatively tight and will "snap" or "creak" when it breaks free. You do need to give it a good grunt sometimes.
Use a 4 way screwdriver with the big flat blade tip. It fits the slot in the jet closely and prevents buggering it.

If some PERSON before me has buggered the pipe coming down through the main nozzle (as in bent the end over) will i have fixed it if I have re-opened it with a same size drill bit? I didn't drill it, I placed it up it and opened the hole.

Don't take em out.
No need to remove unless your gonna re-jet
