1994 Force 150hp won't shut off

can anyone help?my motor wont shut off even if i ground the black and yellow wire

did this just start, or have you made any repairs to the boat like near the key switch? Did you just get the boat?

Check the terminal board inside the cowl and locate the black/yellow wire that connects with 3 white/grn wires. These wh/grn wires are the shutdown wires for all three modules when connected to ground. Get a jumper wire connect one end to ground and touch the terminal board with the three wires and the engine should shut down. If it does, it could be the black/yellow wire is disconnected somewhere or severed someplace. You need to do a continuity check on it to make sure it is still connecting.
