Had to buy yet another rectifier

I was out this weekend for a final run and I see what kind of speed I could get with my new stainless. I got 44mph (gps).
Anyway I noticed my batteries were charging at: Optima-16.5volts and the Everstart-15.9 volts. However the tach was still working but when I was heading back to the dock I noticed it was starting to fluctuate. Sitting with the motor off my batteries were both around 12.5v.
