I recently bought a 1998 bayliner trophy with a 120 force motor. I have very little water flow at idle, but not always. the water coming out of the pisser always seems hot. is this normal or should i have concern?

From my experience it sounds like the impeller should be changed. After changing mine it pisses much better than it ever did.

The water should be warm.
The water pump, anything been done there?
Change the impeller, check for excessive wear on the stainless plate and the stainless cup.
You need to see if it still has the thermostat?
Also test the overheat system.
