1970 70HP chrysler

i have a 1970 7o Hp outboard that won't turn over when spark plugs are in. when i took out it turned over no problem can anybody give me any ideas what would cause this

weak battery, weak starter, check both and try again:wave:

Like GG suggests,check the battery.Clean the starter. Check the connections, grounds too.
Then do a compression test. Low comp can cause hard starting.
