Tilt Trim works fine on the trailer and first time into the water, but after I get under way the circuit breaker trips. I can reset the breaker, but again, once I get under way, it trips again. Any ideas on trouble shooting or solutions? Thanks

If the contacts are all tight.
I'd try taking the motor apart and cleaning.
Sounds like the carbon builup could be shorting the brushes???
Are the blue/green leads into the relays loose?

make sure trim motor is watertight.
if in doubt, then allow to dry thoroughly before applying a few coats of flex-seal or plasticoat aerosol.
as a test or band-aid run some electrical tape around the gasket joints.

if that does not work then get a 25A ATC fuse and wire it in parallel with breaker.
if the fuse blows then you got motor troubles. probably oil seal in top of reservoir.
if bad motor then it isn't worth fighting. you can buy new for under $100.

Took the motor apart to clean it up and found the top gasket broken. Went ahead and sprayed cleaned the motor and found a round gasket the same size and replaced the flat that was broken. Worked fine yesterday. Will see if it holds up again for a Labor Day outing!. Thanks for the advise.
