1996 Force 120 HP Head Gasket

I found some white milky fluid on my 2 bottom spark plus, I am going to change the head gasket do I need sealer and how do I clean the mating surfaces. I am doing this at the dock no electric on the dock

No silicone.
I use green scouring pads to clean up the mating surfaces.
Maybe a wire wheel on a cordless drill.
Tourqe is about 20ft#s.

What about a brass brush or brass wire wheel. Any sealant , the old gasket looks like something was on there

I had the same problem water on top plug.

Changed Fuel pump, plugs, plug wires, exhaust manifold gasket and block repair (4 Minute epoxy), still water on top plug.

Now onto the head gasket 94 force 90hp! I use the right stuff gasket sealer and my wallet WAM!

The gasket is made with sealant built in.
Once it heats up it kinda melts.J
Remember a wire wheel on aluminum,will eat the aluminum.J
