FYI, hole is designed in Lower unit on 559HG Chrysler

Jerryjerry05 is correct! the hole pictured is a designed drain for the engine and is not connected to the lower unit. The green fluid we saw coming out of it was excess gas/oil and not LE fluid. We were MINUTES from sealing it with JB Weld before we desided to spray some cleaner up there and see where it comes out. When we put the engine in down the fluid we sprayed came flowing out just like it is designed. It's just above the vent plug and RIGHT behind the first bolt.
