1990 force 90 hp, rough idle, dead miss

Just bought a force 90 on a 17' sprint fish & ski runabout. Maiden voyage ran rough after running ok on muffs. Took to shop for general tune-up but in the water idles rough up to around 1200 rpm, then clears it's throat and goes. What's up with this motor.

Start with water in the fuel.Then clean carbs and replace the fuel pump diaphram.
Reset the air screws.J

On a 1990 Force where is the Gas/Mixture screw located on carburator, also where is the Air screw. I don't see any screws on all three of my carburators.
