I have the same motor and the shop manual states to torque in increments of 50 lb. in. until a torque of 120 lb. in. is reached, then turn an additional 90 degrees. (Note the units are inch pounds NOT foot pounds)

I just rebuilt my powerhead and torqued the rod bolts as above and so far everything is holding together after about 4 hours of run time.
If you plan on working on this motor yourself, I would recommend getting a manual. I own the Seloc and the shop manual. I bought the shop manual on ebay for about $30 and it's worth every penny.
