Hello ,

sorry for my bad english , i m from the netherlands.
I have a problem with my force outboard 90hp 1991.
I bought a newer engine a wile a go (well i thought i did) , so i took of the force engine.
Then the guy could get more money for the new engine and sold it to someone else.
I got my money back , but ofcourse i am not happy with it
I put the force back on , but i lost my little scedule for the wire's connected to the ignition (do not know if this is the right word).
The ignition has 4 opportunities , off , on , start and when you push it , its a choke.
It has 6 connection possibilities and i have 6 wire's off course.
The ignition is from INDAK and has the numbers C,B,M,I,M,S.
I have a white and a blue wire fom the deadman's knob.
A green wire from the carborator (choke i think)
purple from tacho meter and speedo meter
red from a circuit breaker
yellow to the starter of the powertrim (i think)
Can sombody help me please , thanks a lot

regards Kees

OK Kees! Your english is good enough that I understand what you need. No need to apologise. I'm sorry you went through the work of removing the engine then the other person did not sell you the newer one.

Here is how to wire the switch:

Green wire to "C"
Yellow wire to "S"
Orange wire to overheat buzzer--not connected to the switch
White wire to one "M"
RED wire to "B"
Blue wire to the other "M"

"I" is a switched terminal that is powered only when the engine is running or cranking. It is used to supply power to the overheat buzzer, gauges, and accessories that you want off (like tachometer) when the engine is not running.

purple wire is used to supply tachometer signal and is not connected to the switch
