1996 75hp Force head torque spec

Can someone tell me what the head torque spec is for a 1996 75hp Force. Also is there a re-torque after the engine warms up.

1996 S/N 138600 - on 75, 90 ans 120 hp use new torque procedure. Lightly oil threads and underside of he head of each bolt. Torque in sequence to 120 in-lbs then turn each head bolt in sequence an addittional 90?.

On my 85hp force the torque specs were 22.5nm or 12.5 ft lbs if i remember correctly. This spec has always seemed way too low for me to trust and i've always done mine gently at 30 ft lbs with new grade 8 bolts that is.
