Ideas:

1. Call or e-mail the head provider and ask if they will provide the torque and sequence with the head.

2. Run some searches at this site for the info. There was a head and sequence poster last week or so that might be yours. I saw related info at this address: http://forums.iboats.com/search.php?searchid=6538557
(from a search:"Force head torque sequence").

3. Just guessing, would the average dealer of your motor share this info?

Good Luck!

We need a clearer Model number.

If your Model number is:
858 H0

Then you have a:
1980 Chrysler 85 horse

(Assumtions: Model 858 is pointing to 1980-1981 with H0 and H1)

If I got this correct. Here is your torque specs

Awsome thanks alot! Got the head on, little iffy about the top left side, some of the gasket is showing ( which is fine) but wiggles a little bit.
Got the new water pump kit and while torqueing down the houseing it cracket so used the old one and while installing to the OB I broke the houseing for the water tube:eek:.......... So quick question for those looking at this thread again, any suggestions to reinstalling the foot easier? I can see that I was haveing trouble with the shift rod going back in that tiny hole...
Trim the motor up? All the way up??
