i have a 1970 55 hp Chrysler 557ha motor and it ran fine before put up for winterizing. but now it turns over but wont start up. did the checks such as spark, fuel and such it acts like it doesn't have enough battery power to crank over fast enough. the batt is brand new and i noticed that the starter doesn't turn the motor very fast could the starter be getting week and be causing the prob. please help and if it could be point me in the right direction to parts to fix the starter on it looks like factory part
