Serial # on Force 150

Does anyone know where the serial #'s are located at on a Force 150? I have 2 of these motors and cannot find it.

According to the Clymer's manual, look on the port side of the stern bracket. Should be a plate there with the model number and serial number.

Thank you for the tip, but i already looked there and plates on both motors are not there. Is there any alternative spots I can look?

I went out and looked at my Force 120 HP and the plate was on the starboard side facing rearward, on the trim bracket.

My 1975 Chyrsler 90 hp has a plate inside the cowl, front, starboard side.
