whats up guys i have a 19 ft bayliner cuddy with an 1985 force 125 on it and next year the family wants to get into watersports, can i run the same prop , it has a 15p uncupped on it now , my wot rpm is about 5100 ,it gets up on plane pretty good, and it will run about 38 mph, should i go down a pitch on my prop or do anything else different to the motor for watersports or just leave it alone?

Re: watersports behind a force outboard

Before you do anything or make any changes do a compression test.Make sure the RPM at WOT is correct. They sell small add-a tachs that can give a better reading.
Most props for Force are cupped. They don't mark it cupped.Post a pic of the blades and any #s on the prop.
If you are really doing the 5100rpm then you could go down in size to a 13.J
