Just purchased a pontoon boat with an older, 90-94, 90 Force outboard. Have serial number ,OE 03217?, and am trying to determine yr for repair parts as motor stall when idling and sounds rough. Replaced plugs and they seemed fouled from being to rich. Will be checking fuel pump as gas bulb stays soft. Also, charging system puts out 12 volts only and am questioning rectifier.
Any thoughts?
