I have a 1974 chrysler 20hp outboard that has a cooling problem. It pumps water in neutral and at low revs in gear but once I start to open throttle the water flow stops and she overheats can anyone help. I put a new impellor in 2 weeks ago and have stripped down head to check for blockages but found none.
