Cannot find this anywhere to purchase online. Found a few places but wouldnt ship to Canada. Went all through the billing stuff then sie tells me cannot deliver to area I specified.

Anyone know where I can get this manual shipped to Ontario Canada?

Perfect.. Amazon was out of stock.. Ordered from Barnes and Noble. Never even heard of that place, but order went through, delivery to Canada.. Thanks so much
