On the "other outboard" forum, I was asking about my newly acquired 50hp West Bend motor Steelespike provided lots of info and suggested I post here to ask about the oil mix ratio. It's a 1964 model #50461 with a recommended mix of 24:1, which is what the previous owner said he had been using. Is it possible to safely use less with the modern TCW3 rated oil?
