it is self bleeding. as you run the system up & down the air bubbles pass through reservoir. When they get to reservoir they float to top and are removed from fluid.

I have a 1975 75 hp and the top cap of the tilt cylinder broke.... Any one know where I can get parts? Any place in Alberta?

That pentagonal cap remained the same for many years. Look to your local supplier and look for a Force cap. Don't be surprised if it costs your firstborn male child though. AND--Many Force parts are NLA.
