1983 25 hp Chrysler. Sometimes when i take the boat out, after running at wot for awhile the motor will suddenly rev up and the boat slows down, almost like its running on one cylinder. Then if i change the lower spark plug with another plug it runs fine. Also after i get done running i notice alot of white residue on the back of powerhead, and spark plugs and wires. Could this be water somehow spraying inside of cowling?
