1982 Chrysler 15 hp. Won't idle at low speeds in neutral. I have to rev it up quite a bit to shift into gear. Extremely low power. Replaced fuel, fuel pump, plugs, cleaned carb, adjusted rich/lean mixture, still no luck. Any ideas?

Thanks

had similar symptoms with my 10 hp Chrysler -- turned out to be blocked exhaust (both the port on the leg and the passage to the port above the anit-ventilation plate). It's an unlikely problem, but easy to check.

Zounds like one cylinder may not be firing...check plug wires, they can come loose at coil...plug can get fouled...coil can malfunction.
Just check for spark and fix, if there's a good spark on both plugs than do a compression check.
just a Thought
