Howdy, Travis. 24:1 would definitely work, but I would try 50:1 anyway (actually, what we call 50:1 is 48:1). Any signs of overheating, go to 24:1 (just add another pint to your 6 gal. tank).

Be sure to use fresh, 87 octane unleaded, alcohol free, gas and TCW-3 rated outboard oil. Wal-Mart's Super Tech brand is excellent and low priced.

Red sky at night. . .
JB

If your '66 6HP Chrysler is air cooled, the GO ratio is 16 to 1.
