120 to 125 cylinder head swap?

I have a damaged head on a 87 125hp I'm rebuilding was wandering if I could use a head from a 120 that I have laying around?

Maybe, maybe not. Do both engines have the same bore, the same pistons, the same bolt pattern/spacing? Are the combustion chambers the same shape and volume?

Head gaskets are the same, the heads look identical to the eye, 125 is a 3.312 bore and the 120 is a 3.375
