Here are a few pics and descriptions on the T@T relief valve repair
You will also need a propane torch and a small pick set..
I managed to get these apart without any other tools

Remove the o-rings and keep them.
You might need to re-use them.
The o-rings don't usually go bad.
Once the tools been modified and the RV and washers have been loaded.
You light the torch and heat only the top a small amount.
Then cover with the rag and try to squeeze.
The cap shold pop out exposing the spring and the washer holder.
You might need more heat????

Let it cool and then remove the bad washer with the pick set.

Install in the reverse order.
I use a small vice to push the 2 pieces of the RV back together.
Be careful a they are aluminum and you can hurt them easily.

Great pictorial, Jerry. Note this is the screw type spool valve VB. The other style is the circ clip type which are a little bit more challenging to remove.

When the picture is opened it ha an explanation of what's shown.
The one pic has both types of RV.
And YES the unscrewey one are way easier to take apart.
But they have the same insides and come apart the same way.

Hey Mods!! Can you add this to the post about the T@T repairs??

I’m having trouble getting the valves out. I removed the circlips and blow air in the holes but they will not come out. I cleaned up the metal around where they come out so nothing is in the way but they blow out to the end of the circlip groove and won’t come any further. Any help with getting them out would be much appreciated!!
