75 hp 1996 force outboard

Anybody send me a link that has the owners manual with the stock throttle linkage adjustments, timing and that sort of thing. Boat will run but only on high idle and mechanic doesn't have a manual to help. Please don't send instructions on how I can do it myself as I've already tried and failed. Need the numbers so a actual mechanic can get me squared away. Thank you!

Owners manual will not have the info you seek.

You need a shop manual.
Either factory or aftermarket.

I'm not aware of the manuals being available online, or at least not legally, for free, as they are all copyrighted.

Your "mechanic" can access it online for a fee , or he can buy a printed copy.

The link Roscoe gave you is for an aftermarket manual.
​It might?? or not have the info you need.
They cover a bunch of years and usually ain't much help.

​Look on e-bay and Google.
Your system is pretty much all Mercury.
So setting timing and such might be found on the Mercury site?
