1990 90 hp parts questions

where is good place to get parts from.
last fall had starter issues,would not crank engine sometimes, would have to bang on starter .
need to rebuild tilt and trim cylinder and shock if that is what its called.
need to rebuild t&t pump for leak down issues.
may need more help as weather gets warmer so as to work on motor.

i've rebuilt to trim pumps but it does take a little bit of time and patience.
