I have a force outboard 125 HP motor that has a really hard time Idoling, and will cut out almost every time. Also when I shift into gear the engine will cut out unless I go much past idol. It also make a really loud sound when shifting into gear. I have a video of what it sounds like.

Has it ran well before?
If it has, then start with doing a compression test and check for spark at all four plugs.

If that all is okey then clean the carbs , set the air/fuel mixture screw at each carb to 1 1/4 turn out from seated.

The hard time idling can be an adjustment issue. The carbs has to be set not to lean then 1 turn out from seated and synchronized with the timing and idle.
Mixture is set by the air/fuel screw, idle by idle screw at timing Tower.

Check the thread in the top of the forum "Link and sync" by Frank A.

Idle should be 750-800 in gear and engine warm.
Usually 1100-1200 in N

Do as Nordin suggested: compression and spark test.

Watched the video: seems like the rpm's might be too low?
When shifting: DON"T shift slow. Put it straight into gear and do it quickly.

If it still does it after faster shifting and checking the idle rpm's?
Do another video back at the engine with the cover off.
