Simply can't answer that with the info given.

Kind of like asking what shoes to buy for your wife who is 28 years old and has blonde hair.

How do the 14, and 15 pitch props perform? Do you have a tach?

He doesn't have a tach, and we don't know what kind of boat it is on, or how much it weighs, or how the 14p or 15p prop performed.

I wouldn't spend money on stainless.

I would go to a 4 blade aluminum long before I went to stainless.

You HAVE to have a tach to do it right.

They sell an item called a "Tiny Tach" or something similar.
I bought one for $16 Amazon or E-bay
It hooks to a plug wire and gives really good results.

The stainless or aluminum??
Stainless has less flex and will perform better.
But if you run in shallow water and find the bottom often you might want to stick with alum.
The stainless won't give as quick as alum. and can break shafts?

If you decide SS the pitch will be different than alum.

OR??? Contact Michigan Propeller and give them the info on the motor and the boat.
They have a prop finder service and can tell you what you need.
