Force 1995 70hp, water in lower unit

I recently took my boat out of the lake and doing a quick check of loosening the drain plug I got a lot of water out of the lower unit. I know the vent, fill and drain plug washers are most times a source of leaks. Do all 3 take the same washer? What would be other possible sources of water getting in! Thanks, John

Driveshaft seals -------Propshaft seals.-----Shift rod seal.---O-rings on bearing housings.---------Install a complete seal kit as that is cheaper than gears and bearings.
