Force 120 HP Model/Serial number not found in any database

Force Outboards, Hartford WI
Model: 1208E91H
Serial: 023827

The model/serial is clear as day on the engine. But I cannot seem to find this engine on any marine website using this model/serial number. I believe it is a 91 or 92, but not certain. Appreciate if someone can identify it and/or explain why this particular engine does not seem to exist on the internet, despite being firmly attached to my boat.

Your motor is a 1991 model, version H, built late in 1991.

In 1990 and 91, they were using 2 different model/serial number systems, at the same time.
They were transitioning to the newer Mercury serial number system.

Once in a while, one of these shows up, that doesn't appear in the charts.

Select "force" and 1991, and it will take you to a parts listing for your motor.

Put an H in front of the model number, and "0E" in front of the serial number and try again.
