Have a 1989 force 125hp. On neutral turns off
Also once engine is turned off after a 10minutes ride or more won't start I would hace to play with carburetor butterfly starts quickly

As I state time and time again: With any Force or Chrysler engine if it develops stalling or hard starting problems, the FIRST thing to do is Check compression ratio on all cylinders. THEN, clean or replace the spark plugs.

If that doesn't help, then raise the idle speed to 700-750 RPM in forward gear, in the water. Use the idle stop screw at the bottom of the timing tower.

Some engines are fussy. With the correct idle speed set, if it still does not want to start easily, then put the control in fast idle/warm-up to start.
