D4 300 Technical params

Hi!
Does anyone have tech params like factory minimum boost pressure, compression and etc. and description of timing mark setting procedure (crankshaft, camshaft and pump) after details of engine were detached for repair needs by smb.
Before repair engine work well at 3500, but now it can't get it anyway. Some mechanical issue as we think (mainly for timing).

As i understand i need Workshop manual D4/D6 (group 21-26) but it distributed only as printed version... ^-(

Charge air specs here. You will struggle to check timing without the timing tools.
