Sea Ray Cummins Exhaust problem

I have a 2008 Sea Ray 44 Sedan Bridge my starboard engine started pushing exhaust out the bottom outlet of the boat while at idle. The 3 inch side exhaust still has some water coming out, it is not clogged. It has never done this before the only thing I had done was changed the impellers on both engines. The Port engine exhaust is not doing this.

How is the exhaust plumbed,..??

What do ya mean with the side exhaust vs: the bottom exhaust,..??

You might need an inspection camera. There may be some overheat damage in the small tube
