So when I took apart my remote control, the lock ring fell out.. it has 2 slots in it and 2 pegs. Problem is, I cant get my shifter to sit right on, it sits slightly back. if anyone has one like the one I'm going to post from an old threat, and you could send me a picture of what yours looks like when you loosen the set screw and wires and pull yours off that would be great.
