Help with tiller symbols

New to me Johnson. Need help with these tiller symbols. Never seen any like this before. It's a sideways triangle with a circle in middle. Idk where idle or start is.

On my 9.9 Johnson I set that mark on the hash mark on the tiller to start it. It's just a touch over idle.
