Ok. I need help. 1983. 90 hp evrude. Throttle will not advance the last. 3/4 inch required to fully open the carb plates. You can lenghten the cable to open the plates but then the idle timing advance will not return to idle for shifting. Everything. Csbles cams wwork slick when disconnected. Shift lever gear and plate appear sound but may be worn some. The small thumb sized. Shift lockout stop has been removed. But is just a preventer of fast idle shifting. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thank you
